$15 organs* (heart, tongue, tail, skirt, hanger)

$15 sliced liver

You WILL be charged for organs, unless otherwise specified at drop off!

Beef is aged for 14 days IF properly finished

Cows <550 lbs. dress weight will hang & be cut based on our professional discretion.

Meat is flash frozen on trays.

*Bring coolers for pick-up*

WE DO NOT PROVIDE BOXES!

Domestic pick up are 2 weeks after drop off starting Friday,

hours are 8-11:30 and 1-5 Mon-Fri

closed for lunch from 11:30-1

closed on Saturday and Sunday
