You WILL be charged for organs, unless otherwise specified at drop off!

Beef is aged for 14 days IF properly finished

Cows <550 lbs. dress weight will hang & be cut based on our professional discretion.

Meat is flash frozen on trays.

*Bring coolers for pick-up*

WE DO NOT PROVIDE BOXES!

DOMESTIC PICK-UP DAYS ARE FRIDAY, MONDAY AND TUESDAY 2 weeks after drop off.
